Establishment of Rapid Propagation System of <i>Lycium Ruthenicum</i> Murr Tissue Culture

Lycium ruthenicum  is a perennial shrub of in Solanaceae, which is an important plant for improving the environment desert greening. The sterile seedlings of  Lycium ruthenicum  were inoculated callus induction medium MS-1 (MS+0.5~1 mg/L NAA+1.5~2.5 6-BA+30 g/L sucrose + 8 agar, pH5.2) about 10 days. After 40 days, was separated from explants and placed MS-2 (MS 0.5 ～ 1 NAA 0.5~1.4 6-BA 30 6 to induce adventitious buds. Finally, buds were MS take root. Rooting 20 days later, grew up, each seedling had 3-4 roots, then carried out refining transplanting. This method due obtaining directly .
